- What is something business owners/candidates have to deal with that you want to fix? The short answer would be time-wasting. Business owners waste a lot of time on recruitment, I can assist as I’ve done the hard work for you. I’m 8+ years with EastCoast now, I have a database of candidates who are great and a database of not so great. Candidates also need to deal with clients/employers who waste their time. Labour hire companies tend to have a bad reputation, but we can assist when you are looking for staff.
- What do you do at EastCoast HR Group? I assist clients to find the right recruitment solutions to suit their needs. I work with both blue collar and white collar industries and we are approved employers for the SWP so we assist heavily in the agricultural sector.
- What do you like about working at EastCoast HR Group? Every day is different and I get to help both my clients and candidates. I enjoy variety so working on different industries and roles excites me.
- What’s your background? I come from a strong customer service and people management background.
- What are the values that drive you? Be honest and treat others how you wish to be treated.
- What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Spending time with family, I have a large blended family. I enjoy road trips and my favourite spot to spend a night is Double Island.
